1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ttk1971 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing ttk1971, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

ttk1971 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last revision clearly indicated at the top. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are written and governed in the English language. In the event of any translation or interpretation discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. Any reference to Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) throughout these Terms refers to the official currency of Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ttk1971 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ttk1971 operates as an 18+ platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ttk1971 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ttk1971 for violations of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

ttk1971 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ttk1971. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals. If you suspect that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on ttk1971, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet.

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ttk1971 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ttk1971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

Deposits

• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ttk1971 balance instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The minimum deposit amount is clearly displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• ttk1971 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ttk1971 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds if the source of funds cannot be verified.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully completed on your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within a few hours for verified accounts; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

• ttk1971 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.

Currency & Exchange

If you initiate a transaction from a non-BDT payment instrument (such as an international Visa or Mastercard), your card issuer will apply the prevailing exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees — ttk1971 has no control over these charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ttk1971 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All casino games and sports betting markets available on ttk1971 are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider or sports data feed supplier. By placing a wager on any game or event, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules and the odds presented at the time the bet is placed.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on ttk1971 covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other events as listed in the sportsbook. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a unique bet ID. Pending bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules displayed in the sportsbook help section.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at varying points during an event. ttk1971 will not be liable for bets inadvertently placed after a market has closed due to network latency or device connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ttk1971, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on ttk1971.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to launder money or use ttk1971 to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any software that artificially interacts with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the betting platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Placing bets with the primary intention of qualifying for a bonus offer, rather than genuine entertainment play (bonus abuse).
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ttk1971 staff through any communication channel.

ttk1971 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to investigate any account at any time and to take enforcement action — including account closure and fund forfeiture — where violations of these Terms are identified.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ttk1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Any legal requirement or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ttk1971 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any verified balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been addressed. Responsible Gaming Closure

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttk1971 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party system failures. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on ttk1971 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game artwork, page design, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ttk1971 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ttk1971 content without express written permission.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using ttk1971, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players in Bangladesh are encouraged to raise any unresolved disputes with our support team at support@ttk1971 — provided as plain text only, not a clickable link — in the first instance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
